The TUBARO^® leaves no trance of spreading material.

The TUBARO^® was developed as a rear-end attachment for smaller rollers (working width from 0.8 to 1.4 m) for asphalt compaction. It can dispense sand and grit much more homogeneously than disc spreaders, which are more susceptible to wind. Stepless dosage adjustment (up to 45 kg/min) and monitoring directly from the control panel.

Special features of the TUBARO^®

The LAS 4 control panel of the TUBARO^® makes light work of spreading:

The TUBARO^® is controlled directly from the driver’s seat, using the control panel. The dosage is adjusted based on the rotational speed and valve position, and can also be changed while on the move. What’s more, the empty indicator and valve monitor ensure a homogeneous discharge rate.

Saline agitator

Saline agitator with 12 V drive for slow-flowing material. If the machine is used for gritting, the upper bracket can be removed to take the strain off the motor.

Accessories

Battery cable with bracket (1x as standard)

Cable length 5 m. If you need a 12V supply on a further carrier vehicle, then we have the right battery cable with control panel bracket for this. Important: With each LEHNER spreader a battery cable with bracket is included in the scope of delivery.

Voltage converter from 24 to 12V

If your carrier vehicle has a voltage supply of 24 Volts or more, a voltage converter will be needed, since our spreading technology operates exclusively on 12 Volts.

Cable connection (plug/socket)

The cable connection can be used to separate the main cable between the spreader and the control panel. We use a waterproof coupling/socket for this.

Brackets

Pick-up bracket, adjustable

The attachment is hot-dip galvanised, exceptionally versatile and easy to use. It can be mounted on virtually all pick-up models without problem and is extremely weather and corrosion resistant. In addition, the four solid M20 additional feet with 250-mm spindles give the 28-kg, extremely stable attachment more stability and better weight distribution.

Drawbar coupling holder, foldable (fits for 70 to 170 l)

Thanks to multiple installation holes, this attachment can be mounted on almost any wheel loader or forklift truck. Bolt diameter: 36 mm. It simplifies access to the tailgate without removal of the spreader. The holder is stabilised and braced to the carrier vehicle by the 4x M20 levelling legs with swivel feet.

Holding device for tailboard

By means of the tailboard holding device, the spreader is easy to attach to a straight, unbent tailboard, and is fixed using two set screws.
