But that’s pretty much it when it comes to hierarchy. Another major difference compared to companies with less informal structures is that at LEHNER, everyone knows everyone else. We bump into each other every day and have a chat, even if it’s ‘just’ over lunch. We respect and support one another, and you can’t emphasise that positively enough.”
