Proven in the field: LEHNER VENTO® impresses in long-term test
Three months, numerous applications and a wide variety of spreading materials: Our VENTO® pneumatic hose spreader was put through an extensive field test by die Profitester. The results speak for themselves: VENTO® impressed with uniform material distribution, easy operation and versatile application possibilities.
For the long-term test, VENTO® was used throughout the summer on Fridolin Dietsche’s organic farm in Bonndorf-Wellendingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. Our 12-volt pneumatic hose spreader was tested under real working conditions, spreading grass seed, cover crops and microgranules.
The farmer was particularly impressed by the high distribution accuracy and reduced dependence on weather conditions compared to conventional disc spreaders. After a short familiarisation period and adjusting the settings to the different spreading materials, he consistently achieved good results. The robust construction of the metal hopper also made a positive impression.
In addition to its uniform spreading pattern, VENTO® impressed with its well-designed technology. Electronic speed-dependent metering supports precise application, while the VENTO-II control unit allows all important functions to be easily controlled and monitored. The tool-free replacement of the metering roller also makes everyday operation more convenient.
With hopper capacities ranging from 120 to 500 litres and working widths of up to 12 metres, VENTO® can be flexibly adapted to different requirements. Pneumatic distribution via a powerful 12-volt blower ensures uniform spreading of a wide range of materials.
The conclusion from die Profitester was equally positive: After a short familiarisation period, VENTO® proved its capabilities with all tested materials and delivered a uniform spreading pattern.
