We can offer you the following special accessories (for a surcharge):
Headland manager
The automatic slide valve system enables the slide valve to automatically open and close when lowering and raising the hydraulics. It is available on the market in different variants:
1. Headland manger (VGM), 7-pin
| For the 7-pin signal contact on the vehicle (EHR) |
 |
The cable can be plugged into the 7-pin signal contact (EHR) of the following tractors:
| FENDT: From series 300 on with EHR |
DEUTZ-FAHR: All Agrotrons and all Agrostars |
| CLAAS: Axion, Ares with INFOTRAC on-board computer |
CASE: MXU and CVU |
NEW-HOLLAND: TSA, TVT, T 6000, T 7000, T 7500
|
STEYR: Profi and CVT |
With the following tractors, the 7-pin signal contact isn't normally wired:
John Deere: all series
|
JCB: all series
|
2. Headland manager (VGM) sensor
For tractors without a 7-pin contact. For tractors that don't possess the 7-pin signal contact, or whose contact isn't suitably wired for our purpose, a magnetic strip must be mounted on the hydraulic pipes. The counterpart is a sensor that is included in delivery and rigidly fixed in place on the hydraulic block. As soon as the magnetic strip approaches the sensor area, the slide valve closes. After it leaves this area, the slide valve automatically reopens. This variant works with all tractors with hydraulic systems.
Headland manager with hydraulic sensor

 |
This variant is required, for instance, for all John Deere and JCB brand series. Through appropriate wiring of the already provided 7-pin signal contact, as an ex-works standard, the magnet would be superfluous.

If the operation is interrupted and the soil-tilling implement is supposed to remain down, the slide valve can still be opened and closed via the control panel. Here, the switch on the control panel always has priority.
AUTO dose (speed-dependent dosing)
With AUTO dose, it is now possible to regulate dosing dependent upon speed. The control system automatically sets the slide valve opening depending upon the driving speed and adjusts it in case of acceleration or deceleration of the vehicle so that the set spreading volume is consistently maintained.
The basis for this is the spreading tables we've provided in the control unit. There's a choice of 23 spreading tables.

 |
1. AUTO dose via 7-pin contact
Here, the driving speed is reduced via the 7-pin signal contact on the vehicle. In addition, this variant includes the aforementioned headland manager via the signal contact.
|
 |
2. AUTO dose via GPS receiver
Here, the speed is determined via GPS and transmitted to the control unit.

Deflector plate for "Ploughing on the right"
| The deflector plate is only necessary for summer ploughing. If catch crops are to be spread while ploughing, they must not fall on the stubble field, or they'll be ploughed into the ground. They should only be spread on the already ploughed side. This protects germination and growth. This type of summer ploughing with simultaneous catch crop cultivation is an especially rational instrument for mulch sowing, with regard to soil protection and erosion in spring. |

Stainless steel construction
As a standard, the dosing unit and spreading disc of the SuperVario are made of stainless steel, while the frame is made of normal steel. For a surcharge, we now offer the SuperVario in complete stainless steel construction. Ideal for spreading silage additives.
